PIKSCO Corporation is a Homeowner's Association of approximately 400 members located mainly in the eastern part of Pine Knoll Shores.
PIKSCO was incorporated in 1972 for the purpose of transferring architectural review control to the owners affected and also to transfer four common areas from the Roosevelt family.
This website is created to provide members with information regarding PIKSCO updates, Board minutes, budget information and other information regarding PIKSCO membership. We welcome your comments, suggestions, questions – please refer to the “Contact PIKSCO” page.
