PIKSCO Corporation (known as PIKSCO) maintains 3 parks: Hammer Park, Garner Park and McNeil Park.  We also have a reciprocal park usage agreement with PKA, another homeowners' association in Pine Knoll Shores, in which PIKSCO members and guests can access their parks. 

PIKSCO members cannot rent a space in PKA Marinas. The boat slips are for PKA members only.

To access the parks in PIKSO you will need an association auto decal and an association gate card. Please refer to the "PIKSCO Guidelines for Auto Decals and Gate Cards."  Keeping our parks clean adds to everyone's enjoyment. If you plan to reserve a PIKSCO or PKA park, it is your responsibility to clean up afterwards.
